If error message is on screen, to remove it, couple methods can be done as follows:
  • Clean Cache Memory of Device

  • Check Time and Date of Device

  • Check Time Zone of Device

  • Reconnect WiFi or Ethernet Connection

  • Reset Modem or WiFi Hub

  • Turn Off and Restart Device

  • Reinstall App or Reset Playlist

  • VPN Issue

  • Report to us

VPN Issue

Service is blocked by VPN app. Remove VPN app or Change VPN location.

VPN is not recommended due to it may cause service freeze a lot or to be totally blocked
